The Banana House sits just above the shore of Lake Ruhondo in Rwanda's beautiful Twin Lakes and Volcanoes Region. A cosy interior, a coffee and tea station, a banana book library, a bath room tiled with local volcano stones, a solar heated hot shower, quality mattresses and a free kayak are some of the features you will love. The Banana House is great for families (with kids) or a small group of friends. Couples or solotravellers are also very welcome and will enjoy the space and comfort.
Other things to note
Breakfast: You can order breakfast at the neighboring hotel - this is an optional service that costs about 4 USD per person, charged by the hotel. Breakfast can be served at the Banana House.
Coffee and Tea: The Banana House is equipped with a station where you can prepare your own coffee and tea.
Drinking water: There is a water filter that converts tap water into drinking water - no need to bring single use plastic bottles.
